Buyer:

Property transfer tax: 8, 9 or 10% (depending on the purchase price). New properties 10% VAT
Notary fees (the notary fee is fixed by law)
Property registry fee (approximately 70 % of the notary fee)

Seller:

Plusvalía (municipality tax)
IRPF 3% (of purchase price if seller is a fiscal non-resident)
Real estate fee: 5% (+ 21% VAT)
